Opened about an hour as of this TN, plenty of ripe red berries, bold tannins, stones showing up late, and enough acidity keeping it fresh on its feet. This drinks well now but could probably benefit for another year in bottle to really come together. A very good value wine (apq. $20 in the USA) which I will be getting more of soon.

I am digging the 2007, but it needs another 4-5+ years in my opinion to rock even more. The vanilla notes should settle down some by then I hope; not that they are too strong right now.
