2011 Quinta do Sagrado

Gentle nose, showing a modest amount of ripe fruit. Soft textured entry, very smooth. Glorious balance on the palate, generous pure fruit with powerful tannins and a very fragrant acidity. Huge aftertaste and a massive finish showing the power and poise of this port. Really impressive. 94-96.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
