1997 Graham

This was found in Whighams Wine Cellars on Hope Street in Edinburgh, next to a bottle of Graham Crusted. Staff were happy to let me have a taste of this when I asked how long the bottle had been open. It was fresh and fruity with a lively acidity and some good light mintiness. It was in good nick, far better than might ordinarily be expected for a VP in a non-specialist wine bar.
