I'm the 8 x '64 Taylors guy. So do I take it that I can show up at this event with a sample bottle and see what the story is? Any day after the 24th is likely to be tricky but I'll try and make it.

Wifely permission has been, somewhat grudgingly, granted. Though I am unlikely to arrive significantly before 7pm.

AHB originally asked about Tuesday 11th which didn’t work, so then tried Wednesday 26th. The date currently being proposed is Wednesday 26th February 2014.djewesbury wrote:Are you sure that this is Wednesday the 26th..?AHB wrote:I have to be in London on Tuesday next week and have a full diary
As we seemingly have a newcomer bringing TV64, let’s do it sighted.

I have a bold proposition; Rachel and I will be in town the following evening, prior to travelling to Porto for the Essencia the next morning. Would the 27th be out of the question? You could help us to get back in training.

There's certainly space for you if you can make it. If you can, let me know and I can bring a Noval 95 you can adopt, since both of us want to try that particular wine.
