NV Dalva White 40YO

Apricot peach colour, nose very like madeira or sherry, with raisins and cedar. Mouth is simply amazing, not just oxidised in a simple way, but with complex pepperiness and lovely lingering spice.

I put down in my book: "caramel in the mouth, tastes younger than the Andresen 40 Year White Tawny, really good".
