2007 Post Scriptum
D+0h: not much deposit in the tea filter that I normally use, smells of raspberry and blackberry, D+1h: purple red, smells of raspberry, eucalyptus and of a certain minerality, the lovely nose reminds me of a Bomfim port, good body, blackberry and raspberry in the mouth, not too sweet nor too dry, in the aftertaste there is blackberry, the finish is surprisingly short with 10 to 15 seconds, after the nice nose and mouth the finish feels like falling off a cliff, a good Douro red which is a little bit spoiled by the short finish
