1991 Vina Tondonia Blanco Reserva, Rioja
From Bodegas Lopez de Heredia. Subdued nose, some attractive oily perfume. Medium bodied with lots of fruit but a streak of acidity and some faint dry tannins. Lemon and lime flavours combine to give a good palate presence. There is a lovely citric acidity aftertaste and finish. Fine and enjoyable wine. 88/100. Drunk 06-May-14.
