Firm red colour with little bricking; opaque. Subdued nose showing little, perhaps a bit of green herbaceousness. A nice texture on the palate, little fruit initially but patience allows the palate to develop nicely. The tannins are firm, the fruit is lush and attractive. A big aftertaste and a fruit-chew driven finish. Lovely port - the fruit is lush enough for this to drink now but will be a better port with a further 10-20 years in the cellar. 88/100.
