Offered at EUR 7.41 ex-cellars. Bottled 2012. Deep red colour with a medium width transparent rim. Attractive nose of poised fruit. Fruit led impact on the palate that is sweet and delicious, slightly jammy but with gentle tannin support. Delicate jammy finish. Good length. This is very easy drinking - straightforward and delivers well. 83/100. Drunk 03-Jun-14.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
