1988 Dunn Vineyards
Napa Valley. Firm red colour; an amazing lifted nose of that is full of fruit and stunning cedar wood. Full of fruit, terrific palate with ripe fruit, sharp focus and firm tannins. Delicious aftertaste. An amazing and well balanced wine. 91/100. Tasted 24-Jun-14. Pop 'n' pour.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
