A petit chateaux from the Haut Medoc.
The last bottle from Milton's Restaurant wine cellar. Good deep colour, great classic cabernet sauvignon nose. Good concentration on the palate although a little rustic and clumsy. Lovely finish. A great example of why 2003 is such a good year, even for the petit chateaux. Lovely wine that I would happily buy again. 87/100. Drunk 03-Sep-14. Decanted 1 hour.
