2012 Kloster Eberbach Rauenthaler Baiken Riesling Spätlese

Pineapple and grapefruit acidity. This has a real elegance in its sweetness. It's very fine-boned, with a lovely lingering sweet lemon finish.

I noted this in my little black book: "pineapple and grapefruit in the nose, pineapple in the mouth, good, almost even better than the Steinberger Spätlese"
