Is the contest open to those from other countries? Or can I have it shipped to a UK member of TPF if I win?

Not clear. We all have ‘back-up addresses’ in each others’ countries, from here to Oman, so we’ll surely be able to cope.

Farther from where? There are not many places on earth that are farther away from the UK than New Zealand

I notice the competition is all about Christmas drinking, and I can imagine the prize would drink very well with Christmas pudding, then I see the winner will not be announced until 31st December and the prize likely not delivered until mid-January!

Oh well, I'm sure I would cope with that level of disappointment should I win!

Under 'which brands of Porto do you drink', could there not just be one radio button for 'Yes'?

I was not so moved by the story of Port in the trenches. It seemed a little odd. Maybe that's just me.
