Anything but Port, this includes all wines other than fortified wines (which have their own section) even if they call themselves Port. There is a search facility for this part of the forum.

2011 Cotes du Rhone by Guigal

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

Medium red colour, 60% opaque. Gentle fruity nose; restrained entry with modest sweet fruit, acid core and gentle tannins. Lovely and well made representing good QPR. 86/100. Tasted 4 November 2014.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: DR Very Old White, Graham Stone Terraces 2011, Quevedo Branco 1986 b.2026
