From a half bottle - pop-n-pour on 30th Jan 2015.

Very mature colour, starting to turn more pink than red. Some VA on the nose but not so much as to prevent me drinking it. Very, very sweet - so sweet that when I woke up this morning my mouth felt like I had just eaten a candyfloss.

Drink up or cook with it.
