NV Presidente Tawny

do Presidente tawny NV From Alpalina. Mature red colour, light pigmentation; 40% opaque. Hollow on the nose, just a bit of gentle red fruit. Soft and sweet on entry with gentle red fruit flavours, balanced and fruity with a lovely gentle mid-palate. Smooth and flavoursome. A very nice smooth and mature ruby. Very tasty and priced at EUR 2.95 ex-cellars. I forgot to rate this port. May 2015.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
