NV Quinta do Noval Tawny 10YO (bottled 2014)

Bottled 2014. Burnished copper red; served chilled so little showing on the nose, perhaps just a bit of strawberry. Sweet entry, slight toffee tones and a bit of pineapple. Some acidity late on the palate brings some freshness and lightness to the smoky palate. A very nice 10 year old tawny. 88/100. May 2015.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
