2010 Taylor LBV

Bottled 2015. Deep red in colour with a slight brown tone to the rim. Violets and lavender on the nose, mixed in with some sharp bramble fruit. Lovely texture, very smooth with beautiful fruit and modest tannins giving a nice and lively balance and focus to the palate. Great on the palate, great finish; this is a rounded, balanced and tasty LBV. Another winner from TFP. 88/100. May 2015.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
