NV Taylor Tawny 10YO (bottled 2013)

Bottled 2013. Pale red-brown colour; 20% opaque. Soft on the nose with little showing. A touch hollow on entry but has a lovely mid-palate with fresh redcurrants and a pleasant acidity. Not a complex palate but an enjoyable one. Light sweet cherry aftertaste and a good finish. Enjoyable. 86/100. May 2015.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
