NV Quinta do Crasto Ruby Finest Reserve

Modest red colour, 90% opaque. Delicate nose, sweet with fruit and flowers. Light and sweet fruit on the palate. Reserved tannins add a late layer of pepper. Modest but pleasant aftertaste with a gentle sweet finish. 86/100. Tasted 02-Mar-16.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
