NV Kopke White 30YO (bottled 2016)

Bottled 2016. Golden yellow in colour, 10% opaque. Gentle on the nose with sweet light syrup, golden raisins and lime acidity. Focused entry with gentle tannins, sweet pecan pie with good lime acidity and grapefruit zest bitterness. A lovely bitter finish, soft and gentle. 85/100. Tasted 02-Mar-16.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
