NV Dixons Double Diamond Tawny 10YO

Deep red-brown, the colour of polished redwood; 60% opaque. Delicious nose bringing fresh fruit salad, clean and attractive. Balanced entry with slight toffee tones and generous levels of orange and citrus; fresh and focused. A gentle aftertaste and a persistent yet delicate finish. A lovely, floral tawny port. 88/100. 22-Apr-16.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
