NV Meneres Tawny 10YO

From Barao de Vilar. Mid red-brown colour, 30% opaque. Little on the nose, just a bit of fruit. Neutral entry, some light but sweet raisins. Lots of acidity on the mid-palate provides a little focus. The finish is lovely and full of red jelly babies. 85/100. 22-Apr-16.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
