2010 Offley Forrester LBV
Bottled 2014. Deep red, youthful and opaque. Blackcurrants and esteva on the nose. At first this is reluctant to show anything on the palate but some patience allows the wine to show that it is full of tannin and power wrapped around with generous amounts of fruit. An astonishing quality of wine from an "off vintage". 90/100. 22-Apr-16.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
