I'm very much enjoying this new way of playing - question-setter is unaware they've asked a question; answerer unaware they've answered. Very good. Carry on.

OK, time for a real question:

This evening I will be making dinner. The principle ingredient of of the dish is a traditional product from north east Lincolnshire. The name of the dish includes a person's name.

What am I making for dinner?

No, no and no.

Alfred does indeed produce his version of the principle ingredient, as do a number of others from a trade body in the same town. So the first part of the question has been solved. But what is the name of the dish in which this ingredient will be used?

Pure coincidence.

The dish (and therefore the person's name) has not yet been named but there is information in my posts above that google would find useful. Oh, and the "proper" name of the style of fish has not been named either.

For a correct answer I require sufficient naming such that the guesser could purchase an identical bottle; depending on the answer, this could include the distillery name, the brand/type and any relevant sub-type such as age or year.

Not Cragganmore or Longmorn.
