I should explain this a bit more. I mean the address is not say 21st Street, or 5th Avenue. Rather than meaning the building has no number.

I'm never going to guess an anagram of a thing that one wouldn't take into a Portuguese supermarket! But I can keep guessing Portuguese grapes till the cows come home.
Perhaps it's Argones, which in the Douro is Tinta Roriz and in Spain is Tempranillo?
