By deduction it is Karate, Something, Run.
No idea what the something is, of course!
If only you were an educated man, I would guess Golf!!!

OK - nearly two weeks have passed. I'll give a clue - I'm doing the missing one again toniht, as I do most Mondays that I'm not sipping Nacional 63 at Quinta do Noval. It is not horseback riding but somebody could get confused in this three day event.

My guesses of Cricket and Cycling were both based on what I thought was the clue - i.e. "not horseback
riding (cycling)...three day event (cricket). Did I completely miss the clue? (Glenn seems to have been thinking of the same clue as i was)
Salsa, run, karate.

In the UK "Orienteering" means "trying to find your way to bed after an off-line"

Isn't that what spouses are for? I brought mine to NYC for just that purpose!

Still all 220.
I give you an enormous clue and still nobody gets it - it's Mary Poppins all over again. If you don't get this soon I'm going to make a racket and shuttle off to another site.

Errmmm, it wasn't actually Badminton Horse Trials that I did, it was badminton (remember the possible confusion thing that prompted you to go for gym(khana)), hence the racket (spelling for Americans) and shuttle and the reference to Friday Night by the Darkness which mentions badminton, admittedly on a Tuesday, and... oh never mind. I always give you loads of clues and nobody bothers to look them up.
