Fine guess, but wrong.

Guesses so far: Messias; Alves de Sousa; Romariz; a non-guess of Quinta d. Popa but nonetheless marked as wrong; Infantado.

Clue? Distinctive name, but suboptimal for this market.

One of those criticisms was fair - I'd missed the "Quinta da" clue. However, the "mis-spelling" was the reason why I felt it meet the requirements of the previous clue.

Quinta da Revolta?

Drunk a mite before its time, but a well made full-bodied ʟʙᴠ about which I failed to take a note.

An excellent guess, and perhaps a good memory since the current releases of white Mourãos are I believe the 50yr and the 90yr; I do indeed have a bottle of the Mourão 60yr white, however that is not the bottle I have opened (and now mostly consumed).

Not 60yr.
Not Mourão.

It is/was indeed the 30yr old white from Quinta da Devesa; I couldn't help but notice the proximity to both Casa Santa Eufemia and Quinta do Mourao; perhaps a small golden White triangle around there (no, I couldn't tell from looking where Dalva grow/obtain the grapes used in their Golden Whites; I wonder whether it is anywhere close? anyone with answers, please let us know).

Hmmm. No.

First clue: This mathematical question shall require will and determination to solve.

Only Tuesday 28th January 2020 and Thursday 13th July 2019 are other non-trivial solution to this during the last year.

The determinant of the matrix for the scores on the evening mentioned in the question is 50, whereas the determinants of the other two evenings' scores are both -6. I'm not sure if this helps.

Guess: the determinant of the scores matrix for the evening was even?
