NV Kopke Tawny 40YO (bottled 2016)

Bottled 2016. Light brown with an orange rim, showing little on the nose. Round and sweet entry with lots of brown sugar and a lovely rhubarb acidity to balance. Rounded aftertaste and a great length. 92/100. Tasted 02-Mar-16.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
