Other than 'move to Newfoundland', any other tips for making sure one's blood/port ratio stays at an acceptable level in such heat?

Walk in freezer?
I've just had a very acceptable Port and tonic which I made like a Spanish G&T in a novelty sized wine glass which provided sufficient space for enough ice to keep it cold whilst I drunk it!

Just finished off some 10yo White Andresen that had been in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Quite refreshing.
