Bottled 2021

From 90ml

Deep garnet, 60% opaque.

Nose of summer heat and dusty strawberries and coffee.

On the palate strawberries and then licorice, red then black then red again and finishing with strawberries again.

As with the 2000 the fruit half-life precisely tracking the tannin half -life.

I do like this.
