Bottled 2021

From 90ml

P'n'P

98% opaque.

Strongly blue-fruit dominated nose.

Lush smooth cool front palate. Mouthfeel is, but does not taste, sweet. Then gobbets of plum and damson and loganberry.

No warmth or tannins at all until a very late hint of cinnamon and star anise and, after a few mouthfuls, a sense of woodiness. How do they do that? Astonishing really.
