Replacement Labels

Post by DRT »

As some of you already know one of my fetishes is to produce replacement labels for old VP's who have lost theirs through neglect or damp storage conditions.

Here is an example of a label I produced today for AHB so that he can stop neglecting his precious C1912s...

If anyone out there has any special bottles who are suffering similar neglect I would be happy to produce a replacement label for you to make you and the bottle(s) feel better about life.

The service is entirely free, no promises will be made on timescales and you will be responsible for printing.

Just PM me or post here if you wish to use this service.

Your labels should state, in 5-point writing, “Purchased <where purchased, lot #s> on <date>. Relabelled by <full name not on public forum> on <date>†. If the bottle’s current owner should die before drinking, the next owner will be grateful.
This is certainly available for anyone who wishes to have that information on the label. You just need to supply the information required to fill in the blanks.

Labels in this style for any Shipper / Vintage combination can now be supplied very easily now that I have the template.
