On the posting of tasting notes

It used to be that most of a tasting’s attendees would post tasting notes. Gradually, it became fewer. And then, at about the start of the pandemic, we gave up.
Following the
1983 horizontal on 25 May 2023, George requested:

Suggest (in this thread) tastings for which I should make threads, and it will be done.

I thoroughly agree that the posting of tasting notes should be encouraged.
I think I should however challenge the veracity of:

While it might have occurred before I joined the forum in 2011/12, I certainly do not remember "most" of the attendees posting notes at any tasting back then or since. AHB is of course prolific, and some of the rest of us have posted from time to time (JDAW and winesecretary in particular recently). Indeed I would be surprised if the average number of attendees posting notes per tasting exceeded 2 in any year since 2012. Happy to be proven wrong both now (about this) and in the future (due to more people posting following encouragement).
