Low neck bottle, decanted 4 hours. Cork came out clean.
A promising 70% opaque with red rim.
Violets and dark chocolate on the nose then a hint of prune.
Smooth sweet black cherry entry before the fruits slowly redden, and with a flicker of the Taylor fire; but ultimately resolves in the dried fig spectrum.
This is a much nicer port now than I remember it being ten years ago.
