I remember comparing G30yt and G40yt about ten years ago, and my impression then was that while the 40yt had more power, the 30yt had more complexity and better balance.
Drinking this now, it had even more power than I remember, and would even rival some of the recent 50yt releases I have tasted. Complexity is decent, especially through the early/mid palette; the finish is good though slightly simpler and very sweet. Delicious drinking.
