Which vintage for a child of 2006

Post by Christopher »

Following on from Ben who started a similar thread on the 2008.

Now we are starting to see the declarations of 2006 albeit very limited has anyone yet tried any of the ports/any feedback?

The 2006 list of declarations on the top of this index was the basis to start looking at this. I will be in the Douro in just over a weeks time so hope to try some of them. Derek did you get to try any when you were over?

With thanks

I think the only one I tried was from cask. It was the Pintas and it was very good.

There don't seem to be many 2006s and, since Daddy had his feet in it, I would suggest you're little un deserves a case or two of Vesuvio
