1999 Graham Malvedos

Post by Alex Bridgeman »

1999 Graham Malvedos. Tasted 19-Feb-2025. Very dark red, looking youthful with a narrow rim. Vibrant nose of blackberry and blackcurrant. Pleasant blackcurrant on the palate, still holding tanains in the dark cherry fruit. Rich, balanced and youthful. Delicious and capable of aging for many years. Guessed to be Warre 2011 LBV, was Graham Malvedos 1999. 88/100.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
