1984 Fonseca Guimaraens

1984 Fonseca Guimaraens. Rose red, gently mature; 60% opaque. A very interesting blood orange nose, that's interesting in a good way! Sweet, without much fruit; a little dry. Definitely starting to dry out and fade. 81/100. Guess:TV84, was: FG84.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

Nice colour, and density of colour. Tasty, but drying out.
