2005 Quinta do Crasto LBV

Bottled unftiltered. Clear centre, but very dark in colour. Open on the nose, showing attractive and fruity. Luscious fruit with lovely tannins. Delicious to drink and with a long aftertaste. One to drink now or to cellar for 10 years. 89/100. Drunk 29 June 2009.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: DR Very Old White, Graham Stone Terraces 2011, Quevedo Branco 1986 b.2026
