Opening an old, decaying owc, and finding all the bottles to have excellent levels.. :D

Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

When Im finish building my wine room..... and going to Portugal next year, with my wife and 4 other port friends
Any time not spend drinking port, is a waste of time.

...opening a bottle of specially chosen port the day before your birthday so it can sit in the decanter for 24 hours before you drink it at its peak only to find it is irrestistable and half the decanter has gone. :D
