It's been really good to see the IVDP changing the way in which it has been spending its drastically reduced budget these days. Events like this are good to promote the profile of Port.

Next step might be to get them to promote and engage these events through the right channels on the internet - it would be great to see events like this being posted here, on FTLOP and other wine boards by the IVDP rather than hearing about them second-hand at short notice. If I'd known about this event 6 months ago I might have made plans to attend.
