1994 Ramos Pinto Ervamoira

Post by g-man »

A dark port with a reddish/purplish tinge.

I'm not a big fan of this wine as I kept smelling like a root vegetable nose that killed everything else with it.

A slight brown sugar with some dark fruit, and again with a sugar carrot like taste that did not agree with my palate.

74/100

Ramos Pinto Quinta da Ervamoira 1994; I don’t know how long decanted. Dark red center, pink edge, good opacity. Faint bouquet, is so far as there is one at all. To taste cherries, and Cockburn-like.

I didn’t get any of the vegetables.
