Once again it is time for me to share a bottle of 1965 VP with friends to ensure I live for at least another 12 months.

Default food orders will be assumed unless special requests received.

Life is such an ever changing complication at the moment. I would love to be there to celebrate another fine year for DRT but it seems unlikely that will be possible. Could I please go on a reserve list for now just in case I manage to get a pass.

Unfortunately cannot make it - big week prior with ProWein, where I will be opening numerous bottles of Vintage Port from the 60s to ensure to live at least another decade...

I hereby declare I will be bringing Graham 1970

My default food order no longer seems to be available. Please can I replace with: starter - goats cheese & beetroot salad; main - medium-rare rib-eye with a side order of onion rings.

Treacle tart with clotted cream is back - about time!

My birth year - I too seek eternal life!

The bottle is in pretty good condition, has been stood up in preparation for its demise in a few weeks (but remains in the cellar) and will be decanted at an appropriate time ahead of consumption. If you have a view as to exactly when decanting should take place, please guide me.
