Browning. Nose of brown sugar. Some fig on the palate.

15% opacity, amber. Intriguing nose, fresh tyres. Still alive, and balanced. Redcurrant, lip-licking sweet.

A bunch of people got together at The White Horse Inn, Saffron Walden, for our traditional pre-Christmas get-together.
