I don’t have bottles meeting specification (oldest are Warre 2004, 2007, 2008). So please waitlist me, and if it doesn’t fill then I’ll adopt.

Sadly, despite loving the theme, I can't attend so will have to pass.

There doesn't appear to be any mad rush for this one, so I've put you in with adoption of my Delaforce 1995.

Not a date I can make and don’t think I have much to offer other than Warre from 2004 onwards anyway.

As bottles seem to be a bit rarer than I'd anticipated, have pushed the requirement forward to pre-2010.

I now also have a magnum of Taylor's 1982 LBV, a random extra in an unlikely auction win.

Ordinarily I would be very keen on this. Regrettably the date clashes with ‘New parents evening’ at our youngest child’s new school. Non attendance is not an option. And I have a 1971 magnum of LBV that would have been ideal!

I was on a rummage for something else and unearthed a bottle of Porto Cruz 2002 with a driven cork, Late Bottled Vintage on label but no bottling year discernible so I'm in! I was keeping it for a wedding anniversary but needs must...

This event falls in the middle of the planned railway strike, which I suspect will go ahead. Assuming this is the case, then I'll be unable to get into London on Thursday & back home on Friday. Guess that others will be similarly impacted?

I'll leave it a few more days before making a final decision, but it's likely I'll postpone this.

Hello Nac. Thank you for keeping a pulse on the railway strike.

Yes, I too would be similarly impacted because I too am in the same boat that you're in, and I totally understand if it is postponed: I am living short term up in Lancaster, but my plan (up to this point before I learned of the impending railway strike), was for me to use my train ticket to arrive in London by train from Lancaster on Thurs 23 June midday, then return to Lancaster by train on Sat 25 June. However, I too just learned that both of those days are among 2 of the scheduled striking days, and I'm informed that even if I were to attempt arriving and departing on the in-between non-strike days, that there still may be cancellations nonetheless.

I'll watch this page as well, and thank you.

It would appear that the plans for the rail strike next week are now unlikely to change, so I'm going to postpone this event. Will look to reschedule for later in the year.

Having just updated the Planner, there is quite a gap between events at the start of February and the end of March.

So...

I have booked the Red Room at The Boot & Flogger for Tuesday 5th March.

If you were previously on the list then please confirm your availability for this new date. Also please reconfirm what you still have to bring.

If you weren't on the list and want to attend please ask.

The original intention was to do pre-2000, so let's go with that again. If not enough bottles are forthcoming will extend.
