How many total years worth of drinks will I be consuming, using bottling date for any bottles that don't otherwise indicate how old they might be?

These bottles all come from American Port cellars. Too high.

156 works out to be an average of vintages / bottlings from 1970 - ambitious but possible even with American cellars.

I am refraining from posting an answer to this on the grounds that adding up ages is fundamentally flawed and as a Maths graduate I cannot respond. I would expect all other Maths graduates but some people must lack conviction

The question should be "How many Bridgemans of Port will I be drinking?".

It is an interesting selection, chosen not for any sort of symmetry but just because we want to share them. I'll reveal the list once the quiz has been answered.

I think the proper plural for Bridgeman should be Bridgemans not Bridgemen - debate in the appropriate thread if you disagree.

No. But I stopped for food (steak pie and chips) and a quick sleep (17 minutes) on the way. Around two thirds of the journey was spent on a motorway with a 70 MPH speed limit. I rarely exceed speed limits by more than 20%.

Gah... I was too slow. When I read the question "52 degrees" is what popped into my head because that's basically the year-round temperature of Lake Washington, and I've gone scuba diving in it.
