No, although to be fair I think in one piece, one of the performers may well have been playing an instrument intended to mimick a bird singing or evoke the image of a bird flying/fluttering... but this is incidental and more likely to confuse then enlighten.

It was indeed a (superb) performance of Rojyoh - Taiko drumming by the Wadaiko Yamoto, who had not visited the UK for several years. When I saw them originally the performance was breathtaking; since then I have seen other Taiko drummers and been much less impressed and had begun to doubt my original opinion. However seeing the Wadaiko Yamoto again was everything I had hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

Yamato regularly perform in Cologne. So I have seen the posters on the tube quite often. I had to think of them when you said that all performers were Japanese.

Now my question:
In this time of year, there often is a connection between an English city and my feet. What is this connection and what is the name of the city?
