My notes from this session were lost. I cannot remember very much about this wine other than discussing with JDAW and AHb that it was nowhere as good as the Cn70 we had had together in October 08.

1970 Cockburn: 50% translucent, red, fading to brown at the edge. Lovely nose. Taste was big bigger than at the Cockburn vertical, but with a hint of bitterness. Some heat. Very nice port. Better size and power than previous samplings; slightly inferior taste.
