Red fruits and raisins here but with a lot more drying tannic grip. This feels quite grown up compared to the pre-90 wines, and I like it - good depth and plenty going on. V good.

Lovely glossy dark red. Strongly licorice-scented. Smells like a better Smith Woodhouse. Tastes good, but not quite as exciting as the nose promises.

70% opacity, dark red. Reich and lively, fruity nose. Full mouthfeel, dark fruit, blackcurrant, bramble, some tannin lingering.
